M.L. Sondhi

Professor M.L. Sondhi is a former member of the Indian Parliament and a distinguished scholar at the JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University) in New Delhi. Professor Sondhi is a senior member of the ruling party (BJP), and a pioneer in the creation of Indo-Israeli relations, cooperating extensively and discreetly with senior Foreign Ministry officials before the establishment of formal relations. His publications include Non-Appeasement - A New Direction for Indian Foreign Policy (1971) and Vajpayee's Foreign Policy: Daring the Irreversible (1999).
